The kitchen is at the front and is fully-equipped. At the rear, looking down over the valley is a large deck with sunken private hot tub.
Upstairs is a very spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private deck looking up the hill. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms; one with queen bed, one with a queen plus a twin and one with 2 bunk beds plus a separate twin. (Please note that this room does not have any windows to the outside).
The private garage offers parking for one car, whilst a second car can park on the private driveway. There is no visitor parking for any more cars.
