The Bluffs at Taluswood is known for having among the most spectacular views in Whistler. Unit 27 is no exception, offering sweeping views from both the living and dining areas.

A private front door opens onto a small entranceway with storage space for skis and clothing. Stairs lead up from here to the main level of this outstanding Whistler townhome, with its high ceilings, quality fittings (granite, stainless, slate floors etc.) and warm ambience. The seating area has a gas fireplace, comfortable sofas, a new 37" LCD television (not shown in the photograph), whilst the dining area gives access to a deck. The gourmet kitchen is - of course - fully equipped.

The main level also features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom plus a full laundry. One bedroom has a king split bed (can be used as a king or two twins), whilst the other has a tribunk, with double bed below and twin/single above.

Upstairs is the master suite, which consists of a spacious bedroom with queen bed, views up the mountain, an ensuite bathroom and roomy walk-in closet.

Just a short walk from the front door is the Bluffs common area hot tub: a very large tub in a glorious setting with views down the valley.

Parking is very plentiful at the Bluffs; there is usually no problem for guests to park 2-3 vehicles either in the secure underground car park or in one of the outside spaces.

This type of smaller Whistler chalet is perfect for a group looking for a ski-in ski-out location as well as peace, quiet and glorious views. With the opening of the Peak-to-Peak gondola units in this part of Whistler can now access the skiing on Blackcomb just as easily as units in the Upper Village.

Please note that during February and March 2010 ski-in, ski-out access will not be available from this unit due to the Olympics.
